Return and Refund Policy

At Win Sin Trading Sdn Bhd (referred to as “we”, “our”, or “us”), we aim to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns and refunds as per the terms below.

1. Returns

We accept returns of products purchased from our website under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or altered in any way cannot be returned.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Refund Amount: The refund will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding any shipping, handling, or other fees. If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will also cover the return shipping costs.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order. Please follow the return process above and contact our customer service team for assistance with placing a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • We will assess the issue and, if applicable, provide a replacement or refund.
  • In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs for the defective item.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or we made an error with the order.
  • Original Shipping: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

  2. After discussion, pack the item securely in its original packaging.

8. International Returns

For international customers, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, customs duties and taxes may apply when returning items from outside Malaysia. Please be aware that we cannot refund customs fees, and the return process may be delayed due to customs inspection.
